This policy explains how NovaPro by Intellifeed.ai handles your planning data, app usage information, and support requests.
Your tasks, notes, and calendars
NovaPro stores tasks, schedules, notes, preferences, and planning state on your device. When iCloud is available, planning data can sync through your private iCloud account. NovaPro does not operate a separate server for your personal planning content.
If you allow calendar access, NovaPro reads the calendars you select to show events and plan around busy time. Calendar contents are used on your device. You can change calendar permissions in your device settings.
Usage analytics and crash reports
NovaPro uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how features are used and diagnose reliability problems. These services process app interactions, app and device information, app-instance or installation identifiers, purchase-related events, and crash diagnostics. Analytics may also include approximate country or region information.
NovaPro does not send task titles, task descriptions, note contents, calendar event contents, or user-entered URLs as analytics events. App-instance identifiers distinguish installations; they are not a NovaPro account or a cross-device sign-in.

Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions, payments, renewals, and refunds through the App Store. NovaPro uses purchase and entitlement information to provide access to paid features. NovaPro does not receive your payment-card details.
This website
Intellifeed.ai uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and identifiers to measure activity. For details, see how Google uses information from sites and apps.
Your choices
You can manage calendar access, iCloud access, and notifications in your device settings, and manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. Contact us if you have a privacy question or a request about information you have shared with us.
